I’m Richard Vogel, the author, composer and librettist of Gatsby: The Musical, and I’d like to welcome you to our website.

It has long been my dream to bring Fitzgerald’s novel to the musical stage─with its timeless motifs of unrequited love, the success and failure of the American Dream, and the libertine indulgence of the Roaring Twenties’ decade in which it is set─and now that dream has become a reality.
